Terms

By consenting to this form, you agree to the Policies and Terms of Service for the Embodied
Intelligence Bioresonance Apprenticeship program. This is a requirement of enrollment.
We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, Lauren Baca
and Innate Body Academy may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your
participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund
if:
You do not follow the program guidelines;
You disrupt the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s);
It is deemed you are not meeting the professional standards expected of students/future
graduates of this program.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that:
The Embodied Intelligence Bioresonance Apprenticeship program is not intended as a
substitute for, or in lieu of, other health and wellness training, certification, accreditation and/or
licensing.

Your participation in the The Embodied Intelligence Bioresonance Apprenticeship program is not
a substitute for any licensing requirements that may be applicable to you and does not
independently authorize you to render care, prescribe regimens or prescribe medications or
supplements.

Your activities in the health and wellness field remain subject to your education, qualifications,
scope, and licensure.

The Embodied Intelligence Bioresonance Apprenticeship program content is for personal use
only, and may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise
divulged without the express written consent of Company, or its designated agent. Doing so will
result in dismissal from the class, or revocation of your graduate status without refund.
Upon becoming a certified practitioner through this course, you will have the option to utilize
Innate Body Academy for your distance testing requirements. However, it is important to note
that completing this course does not obligate you to exclusively use this platform for testing.
You have the freedom to purchase a Qest4 device if you prefer. It is worth mentioning that this
course does not cover the setup and personalization of the Qest4 device. If you require support
in this area, you may consider exploring the 1:1 Mentorship.

The Information presented in this program is from the perspective of the presenting practitioner
and may not reflect the views of the Qest4 company. You may hear things in this training that
contradict what other practitioners have said. This reflects the variance in style and use available
in the system. To know the official Qest word on a topic you will need to reach out to Qest.
Tuition for the Embodied Intelligence Bioresonance Apprenticeship program is $2,800 when paid
in full, or $3,200 with a payment plan.

There are 2 options for paying tuition. Any discounts and/or discount codes will be applied when
you select your tuition payment schedule.

Space in the program is limited and will be filled on the basis of payment of deposit and
acceptance of application.

All fees are to be paid in the US dollars.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

All of the information and original content presented within the Embodied Intelligence
Bioresonance Apprenticeship program as well as Lauren Baca’s name and likeness are
copyrighted by and are sole property of Plantifully Lauren LLC.

Access to the course materials and platform are for the exclusive use of students enrolled in the
program. You may not share your log-in to the course website with anyone else, and course
materials cannot be sold, traded or transferred to anyone else. Doing so will result in immediate
removal from the program without refund, and any outstanding payments will still be due. Your
use of, and access to the materials is on a licensed basis. In that regard, during your enrollment,
Company hereby grants you, and you hereby accept, the non-exclusive right, license and
privilege to use (but not sublicense or own) the Program Materials across all devices.

You are not to reproduce any materials or use course materials in any capacity other than
personal study, without written permission from Lauren Baca, Innate Body Academy or
Plantifully Lauren LLC, with the exception of materials in this program that have been designated
as reproducible solely for your practice.

Students agree not to make any outside study pages or private resources for study outside of
written permission from Lauren Baca, Innate Body Academy or Plantifully Lauren LLC.
In registering for this program you are agreeing that for 3 years after enrolling you will not create
any online or onsite training program in bioenergetic testing modalities.

General Policies

The Embodied Intelligence Bioresonance Apprenticeship program, videos, mp3 audio,
transcripts and all content in the program is for educational purposes only.

Participation in or completion of this program in no way confers the rights or ability to practice
any form of health care nor to practice outside your designated professional scope of practice.
Neither this program nor any of its owners or staff are responsible for the outcomes associated
with the use of the information contained in the course.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account on the
course platform website, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password
and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or
account and/or breach of security.

You may not represent yourself as a graduate of this program or as having studied with Lauren
Baca or Innate Body Academy, until you have received a certificate of completion, after which
time you may say you completed this program.

Cancellations and Refunds

Innate Body Academy offers no refunds for the Embodied Intelligence Bioresonance
Apprenticeship.

We understand that personal and/or family emergencies can occur during a student's time of
enrollment that might prevent the completion of the course. Due to these measures you will
have access to the course material for life.

If you withdrawal at any time during the program, full payment is still due, as once registration
closes, we cannot give your spot to other students.

Limitation of Liability

With the Embodied Intelligence Bioresonance Apprenticeship program, the materials are
continually under development and Innate Body Academy/Plantifully Lauren LLC make no
warrants of any kind, implied or expressed, as to its accuracy, completeness or appropriateness
for any purpose.

You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns or questions about your health,
you should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional. Do not disregard,
avoid or delay obtaining medical or health related advice from your health-care professional
because of something you may have read in the program materials. The use of any information
provided in the program materials is solely at your own risk.

You agree to at all times defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Embodied Intelligence
Bioresonance Apprenticeship program, its affiliates, their successors, transferees, assignees and
licensees and their respective parent and subsidiary companies, agents, associates, officers,
directors, and employees of each from and against any and all claims, causes of action,
damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or
related to (i) your use of any information contained in the Embodied Intelligence Bioresonance
Apprenticeship program, and (ii) your breach of any warranty, representation or covenant in this
Agreement.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under or concerning this Agreement are to be submitted to binding
arbitration, in Fresno, California to be resolved in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of California.

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a
plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations,
class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren’t
allowed.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise
preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action,
consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically
agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration.
